Evaluate one useful outcome

Start with one visible, bounded operation on an operator-controlled Linux workstation or verification node. Record the required services, permissions, state changes and recovery behaviour.

The first deliverable is an observable action with failure handling and a repeatable setup. Voice recognition needs real audio evaluation; desktop integration needs the intended display environment. Private retrieval, speaker identity and session survival each need their own evidence.

Implementation basis: erm voice and desktop, installation and node administration.
