Evaluate one useful outcome
Start with a small corpus you have permission to process and a fixed question set. Check the retrieved records, denied queries and the data actually sent to the model. Use synthetic fixtures on the public service; confidential material needs a controlled deployment and suitable terms.
The first deliverable is a versioned corpus, query results with provenance, access-control observations and comparison with a simple retrieval baseline. A candidate repair also needs its baseline revision and validation result. Deterministic identities do not establish semantic accuracy or authorise actions.
